Lamb Spaghetti

My first time using a lamb-shaped cake pan, except I made vegetarian spaghetti. It’s held together with a spiced egg mixture, frosted with ricotta, and fluffed with grated mozzarella. The eyes are capers, the nose roasted red pepper. 
This is for a contest entry to Midcentury Menu.
