Rancho Guajome Quilt Show

My mom and I attended a quilt show last weekend at the historic Rancho Guajome (pronounced Waa-home-A). This is an original adobe hacienda with a central courtyard, that was occupied in the late 19th century here in San Diego County. I am a native San Diegan, yet I had only previously been to a smaller rancho in Old Town. This place was amazing. You can see how they have quilts displayed throughout the exterior, and there were other items within each room also. I wish I could capture the energy of the place--it was magical.
