St Patrick's Apron

I have added more pics to my flickr apron set, so I now have over 20 pics posted. There is a link to the photo set on the side of my blog page.

This one is a newspaper clipping from my Nanny's (grandmother's) collection, probably from the 1960's. Similar to the pattern I call "triangles" in my pattern collection. I'm just going to leave this pattern crossing over my links, because I want you to be able to capture the detail. Too bad the newspaper no longer offers mail order patterns and sewing how-to's, but it is cool that sites like craftster seem to indicate that sewing is on an upswing of interest again.
