Those are pretty neat. The cannon shaped/folded towels remind me of the sort of designs cabin stewards make on cruise ships.

I have to say I actually made many of these Cannon towel robes, jackets and even a shopping bag in the early 70's.

I made long and short robes, as well as some short jackets.

Thanks! These brought back some good old memories!! I believe I might even still have my 'paper bag pattern', now I'll have to check ;)
