Stamping Magazine Inspiration
I've dabbled a bit with rubber stamping, and there are some amazing stamping magazines available that cross over into other crafts.
From the September/October 2005 issue of Somerset Studio, this entry for the Art and Soul, altered tambourine challenge. Wow. I love the idea of collage with memorabilia. Inspiring.
Here's another project from the same issue of Somerset Studio. Fabric journals with photo transfer details. I love this, because they could be personalized. This technique could be used on pincushions or softies too. I love the fabric manipulation, and all the details.
Almost gnome-like, fantasy creatures.

Sooo cool. I love the creatures... and what about the musical instrument... do you know what the contest was? An exhibit like that using instruments for art would be awesome for the Museum of Making Music.
