Saints bracelets

Someone contacted me about these Saints bracelets, wondering if I might be able to track down a manufacturer or vendor.



I rock at research, but so far the information eludes me.
The woman thought they might come out of Mexico City.
These seem to be of higher quality than the ones out of Brazil, but I could be mistaken.
They are possibly made from a lucite material.
Any clues?
